Gymnastics Skills Class

The Gymnastics Skills class focuses on developing strength, control, and efficiency in bodyweight movements. Each session includes two key skills: one floor-based movement (such as handstands, pistol squats, or planches) and one hanging movement (such as pull-ups, bar muscle-ups, or ring exercises), with an emphasis on posterior chain and core engagement. The class follows a structured approach with progressions and drills to improve technique, build body awareness, and help athletes achieve milestones like their first pull-up, handstand walk, or ring muscle-up, finishing with a 10-minute core workout to reinforce stability and control.

Olympic Lifting Club

A technique-driven class designed to refine and master the clean & jerk and snatch through structured progressions and drills. This 60-minute session breaks down each lift into its essential components, improving efficiency, strength, and precision for athletes of all levels. The class includes mobility work, positional drills, and targeted strength exercises, finishing with a 15-minute Olympic lifting workout to reinforce technique under load while maintaining proper form.

Functional Bodybuilding

A muscle-building and toning class designed to develop strength, definition, and movement control using dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, landmine attachments, resistance bands, cables, and bodyweight exercises. This class follows a structured, resistance-based approach, incorporating tempo work and unilateral movements to enhance muscle growth, endurance, and joint stability. The program is divided into two separate classes, one focused on lower body and the other on upper body, allowing for targeted training and balanced muscular development.
